Understanding Wear Over Time

Incidental Wear

Fine jewelry will naturally develop subtle signs of wear as it becomes part of your everyday life. Light surface scratches, gentle metal softening, minor head movement, or slight rhodium fading are all considered normal and expected over time.

Improper or Excessive Damage

Damage caused by improper care or impact is considered avoidable. This may include significantly bent bands, broken prongs, structural separation, or exposure to harsh chemicals. We recommend removing your piece before exercising, sleeping, lifting, cleaning, or engaging in activities that place unnecessary pressure on the ring.

Our Warranty

Craftsmanship and Care

Every Holy Lumière piece is made to order with meticulous attention to detail. Although all purchases are final sale, we remain committed to supporting you should your piece experience damage.

Complimentary Repair Coordination

If your piece ever requires repair, Holy Lumière will coordinate and send it to our trusted local jewelry partner at no charge. Coordination, inspection, and handling are always complimentary.

The cost of the repair itself is determined by our partner and will be quoted to you prior to any work being completed.

Outside Work

Any work performed by another jeweler, including resizing, tightening, or alterations, voids Holy Lumière coverage.

Original Ownership

Our warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser. Pieces obtained through resale or third-party transactions are not covered.
